OneDrive Access Delegation

Access delegation in OneDrive allows you to manage permissions and share files with specific people. Here's how you can set it up:
Automatic Access Delegation:
By default, when a user is deleted, their manager is automatically given access to their OneDrive. This ensures that important files are not lost.
You can also set a secondary owner in case a user doesn't have a specified manager. This secondary owner will have access to the user's OneDrive when needed .
