Great video. Could you offer a technique on changing the name of a user? For example, person1 leaves the organization and a new person (person2) needs to have control of the files left behind by person1. Additionally, the people with whom person1 files are shared, still need these files shared with them when under the control of person2.

Hello Office365Concept, question, In retention I put 3650, then, I went to delete the user, but the message for OneDrive still appear: "Give another users access to userAccount OneDrive files for 30 days aster the user is deleted" why it continue showing 30 days when I setup the retention to 3650? what is the difference between this ODfB retention period and Purview retention policies. what happen if ODfB retention is 3650 and Purview retention policies is 7 yr then delete auto, which is going to win?
