There would be no restricted areas for military bases too, lol. People would start claiming Government offices. That's not the case right. According to the law, if SP/DM etc are occupying a government house, it's their own temporary private ownership. That goes for CM/PM etc. They just can't sell it.

Instead of infringing on people's personal space, you should then employ another person to cover the hours that person is off duty. Simple. Only the cover should be allowed to call the buddy at home in case of an emergency or situation they don't know how to handle. Public should go meet the cover with their grievances. Seniors need to learn that there is more to life than just work. The problem should be solved by better management and better resource allocation rather than trying to solve it by yelling at juniors doing their duty properly for not giving all their personal life and time to work. Don't tell me India doesn't have enough people, we have the largest population in the world.
