PB must reduce the shot clock from 24 to 23 seconds, in order to speed up the play and games more entertaining and make every player run and gun. making a habit of speed and quickness by every player in the floor. nd they will be more oriented by fiba rules, like no more players time out, oriented in fiba rules of technicl foul an flagrant foul which is n ejection may be, penalty 2 free throws and ball possession . these are the case that PBA players must all be oriented.
