By the looks of it, Intercourse, PA had a police department at one point in time (iirc) and are now served by Lancaster PD, and Penn. State Police (from what I can see).

the state police doesn't have Durangos but Philadelphia Police does if you are mistaking them for the state police

Pennsylvania State Police do have Dodge Durangos. I believe that they are still relatively new as they ordered them in 2022.

Yep! Since a lot of light bars these days are modular, some manufacturers include opens for breaklights. I first saw them in a town in NJ, pretty cool feature
