@@Epicytper While I agree with OP, I think half of the tracks on r+7 have structures that could've been better if they didn't have some sections that don't quite fit their overall mood, which is why I also prefer its live versions; the only studio tracks I consistently come back to are Americans, Zebra, Along, Still Life and Chrome Country. Age Of has its flaws (like Babylon, and vocals being kinda flat on Black Snow), but its strong, consistent mood and its novel sound that also incorporates dan's old style (the last minute of Still Stuff, The Station's amazing outro) really makes it up for me

@@Epicytper it was just so cool and didn't seem like it was trying so hard. the new stuff is too cinematic and grand. don't get me wrong i love when boring angel pops off or how along is so seemingly dense but sparse at the same time. idk, i'm not sure if i even have the words for it. r+7 was such a vibe that i didn't even know existed
