I liked seeing all of the different model lines that were out there, it was very helpful to cover such a wide range of artists. All of the music is played too loud and distracts from the commentary.

My autistic brain has problems listening to multiple conversations, so I find it difficult to NOT listen to the music while you are talking. It may just be my unique experience. Great videos on your channel, just a personal issue for me on the music.

I am looking to buy some fleet from Grand Fleet Admiral on myminifactory. Do they come presupported and if you rescale them do you need to do your own resupports? And talking about scaling.. what do you scale them to percentage wise?

They do come pre supported. If you rescale them up you might be fine with the presupported files we did 300% I think since we are scaling against Star wars armada ships

@@PulsefiredGaming Thanks - I did not realise the Armada ships were so much bigger. I'll stick to OPR size (since i have those already) looks like 200/225% would do the trick.

Why do all the ships need to be the same size? Is your assumption that all specifies are of equal build. Why can’t ‘hive’ fleets have enormous vessels? What about aliens that live in water or gas, would their ships look anything like ours? I understand your comment as we all like a certain look and feel to the representation of ships even though they are just that a representation.

They don't at all. But most people I've dealt with in scaling fleets want similar sized ship not the same per se just similar the big issue with fielding something like grand fleet admiral next to the bwreyolds Texas fleet is that the largest ship in a GFA fleet might be 80mm long and the largest in the Texas fleet is like 250mm. Also while the ships don't have to line up the bases should be relatively uniform.

They don't. However - the game has different classes of ships - with specific guidelines on ship sizes and bases (for consistent rules on movement etc.). Technically you could aesthetically put any size MODEL on any base - but they would look out of place is a "small" size ship model is bigger than a "large" size ship of another species. The bases matter the most (there are specific sizes for each ship) - so a player could put what ever they want them - but they should at least make sense to one another (your giant hive ship would look silly as a "light scout" on a small base - but might be just fine as a Heavy ship.

I've played with the fleet builder quite a bit and I'd like to say that it's much easier to build ships and SSDs and the movement is much simpler which I really like

I see that they have "Common Fleet" ships, which seem like they can be more generic. Do you think this is where Armada ships could fit into the game?

Likely armada ships would be a better fit in hdf, rebels or another human faction. But you could literally use them for anything. Maybe separatists could be havoc brothers

Can I ask why you didn’t reference the existing fleets provided by One Page Rules? There are currently six fleets available, which can be proxied for the various different Grimdark factions, for now. These are as follows: “- Alliance-Type Fleet (Machine Cult / Ratmen Clans / Rebel Guerrillas) - Empire-Type Fleet (Battle Brothers / Blessed Sisters / Human Defense Force) - Marauders-Type Fleet (Orc Marauders / Havoc Brothers / Dark Elf Raiders) - Nomads-Type Fleet (High Elf Fleets / DAO Union / Eternal Dynasty) - Progenitors-Type Fleet (Robot Legions / Dwarf Guilds / Saurian Starhost) - Xenos-Type Fleet (Alien Hives / Infected Colonies)”* These fleets were designed for the previous version of Warfleets, before they decided to tie the game in with Grimdark Future. That's a good question. I would assume anyone coming to Warfleets from other opr games who's been a patron for 5 months already has all of the ship files from them. I'll be going into each faction in seperate videos soon so I'll make sure to insert them where I think they may fit
