This dissolving and melting thing, it feels like you disappear, you feel like everything around you is one thing and then realise that you're like a small speck inside this large gigantic existence and it feels like you never existed in the first place, the you as in person never existed. Thats how you would feel when you get enlightened. You feel like you're nothing and then start staring and relating with this huge life like gigantic existence thats happening and being everywhere around you. It feels one and you feel as if you are one with it and you are it and the you who is sitting here is just like a small fly acting within the larger you. All of a sudden, everything you felt that mattered to you, nothing really matters to you anymore. Thats how it feels. Your life, your body and even you feel so insignificant like you were nothing

@@forestbirdgirl I agree as well. Words cannot explain it but u feel like a spectator of life and it is beautiful. Last night, for the very first time, I did not dream. I only stepped away from myself, towards outer space, and I watched how small I was, as small as a marble, just sleeping. Then morning came and I realized that people make life to be a huge thing, so many worries, when we are so small, inside a small world, yet we seem so big, in a big world, nothing matters, yet everything matters. It is such a beautiful way to look at life. I am proud to be a yogi.
