youre not alone, well i guess going the opposite path which made you experience everything wrong could be beneficially worth a try, which im going to do again but not in the same mistaken way but still dark and hate , because the more i care but they hurt or during avdtvntage they silence aside all the pain ive been through

Sadhguru talks about striving for success, all other spiritual masters talk about just being..🤔

He missed something at the end. Happiness is the success. We are chosen to be here ...however must then choose afterwards how to learn...how to react...but most importantly...how to create...and what guru said is we must create our SELF to feel good doing what we are doing...because us feeling truly good not incapacitated...is true growth...creation not consumption...and we our selves create the best in this world. In this way...achieving the success of creating and allowing simultaneously the "feeeeeling!!!!" of happiness...you're life during and once lived...will have been worth being here in the first place. Especially with the notion you cant go back to truly relive anything. Everything is new...and so is now... so must be you! We are most meant to enjoy living above all else! Amen.

just watched this again with a friend to see if i missed something. both of us are older than sadhguru. maybe we simply have mre life experience. I am now convinced this was given to a group of young wealthy students. no one wants their kids to just be happy and live. they want them to strive for material success so they can benefit. sounds like sadhguru made this post to please these people and justify this. Humans did not evolve for civilization. we fared far better when we were at a lower level of evolution. we never should have gone beyond hunter gather. had we stayed uncomplicated and not ambitious for impressing others, we would not have ruined this planet and be going extinct. we would be living in harmony as we once did many thousands of years ago. civilization should never be praised. it should be condemned. My friend agrees that this was a huge mistake. either Sadhguru needs to clarify, or he has a problem.

usually I enjoy Sadhguru, but I feel he screwed the pooch on this one. perhaps he should have gone into detail about what HE considers success to be. I believe after listening he and I may have a different idea about what makes a successful life. Another point: the video i watched before this he talked about having several showers a day. how do you do this if you are forcing yourself to focus on " success"? Seems to me a whole lot of clarification is needed here. also, unless he is speaking to an audience at a university that has been programed all their life to make lots of money to lord over others, this really doesnt make sense. I was raised to be a well rounded person. someone who nurtures all aspects of life, not just the money grubbing part. (I am a white american too! yes, some of us were raised with spiritual values!!) I am old now so I am speaking from experience. this is too bad. I doubt if I will continue listening to Sadhguru now. I had planed to visit his ashram in india for a few months. its is expensive but i thought perhaps worth it. but now, no. I believe he is guru to the very rich or those trying to be very rich. either way it doesn't support the human way. ( he is a bit of a name dropper, that should have been a clue. if you hang out with shallow celebraties, you become like them). it supports a screwed up materialistic way of living. competition to prove your worth is a dead end. I feel sorry for anyone one who sees life this way. you will be disappointed at the end of life.

He said in the video that competition is a form of sickness so he isn't promoting this idea of success but he wasn't really clear either about what is success if it's not about an external situation..is success feeling the way i want to feel with no attachment to external events? I really don't know..
