Teachers should be the One to lead the country to Peace, stability and harmony. Make sure that the educational systems and instructions meets the world class standards regardless of what compensation they get. Take a look at India the salary of teachers are catastrophic , despite of that they still have good academic outputs. Teachers should lead by examples. That SOLUTION to a PROBLEM is NOT FOUND in the STREETS but in CLASSROOM and at HOME. ..Many People keeps on clamouring....NEVER heard any SOLUTIONS ,all Complains and DIVISIVE actions...."
