It’s against the Philippines constitution to do business between country to country. It has to be between our country and a private company of another country .. kaya nga binasura ng Supreme Court noon dahil naki pagkasundo ang pilipinas sa China sa oil exploration sa WPS… parang panahon ni Duterte ito noon !!! I am not sure pero panoorin niyo na lang si Retired associate Justice Antonio Carpio because he is an expert with all legal matters !!!
