Just got the 12r this week with all the sales going on. Coming from an s23fe the battery life and screen is worth losing the customization from oneui and good lock. The OnePlus has just enough features to keep me satisfied (even though anything besides the main camera is less than stellar but I didn't buy the phone for the camera) now I have to switch my whole ecosystem to OnePlus because I legit fell in love with this brand and their aesthetic, it's quite refreshing

For the weather, it can be the location from the settings only when you use the application or from the battery settings

I'll suggest to go for 12 if you are planning to buy from India. During the summer sale rates go down.

Definitely appreciate the video, I was looking for a device with dual nano sim here in the US because I’m tired of carrying 2 phones (personal/work). It’s down to this and the Motorola Thinkphone. Probably will go with this one.Thanks!

Battery life looks amazing, hopefully it stays that way tho. My OnePlus Open has taken a dip after the Android 14 update. If its using cellular data, it drains pretty fast. It use to keep up with my 15 Pro Max but definitely not anymore.

Yes it does...u can customise it to 120hz in refresh rate settings

I really do not go to concerts, but maybe if I had a girlfriend i would go. Other than that, you go outside and work out far more frequently than I do. I really liked the video, and China produces so many different phones that I am not sure which one is the best, so it all confuses me.

Like he said though high refresh rate, highest resolution and on 5G all day so I think it's fair that the battery is down like that.

@@AzureRT456I get 5-6 hours on Pixel 8 on 5G, 120Hz, highest brightness which is considered to have a bad battery.

Yeah the screen on time was nowhere where I thought it would be given he basically used it all day. Seems like a lot of battery drain when it was idle.

If you pause the video, you can see that the battery was charged slightly between 8 and 12 pm. No idea why he did this, but that's probably why the screen on time was 3.5 h.

Screen on time wasn't what I thought it would be given you basically used it all day. Seems like it was draining a lot while it was idle. Still it lasted you all day, which is ultimately what I would want. 🤷🏿‍♂️ Even though the concert footage obviously wasn't as good as the more expensive phones, I actually didn't think it looked that bad for the price, especially since it doesn't have a telephoto lens.
