HI Bro, i bought oneplus 12r (iorn grey) on 26th sep on diwali sale for 38k, they mentioned to avail the phone in offer we have buy before 6:30, so i asked my friend to buy in phoenix mall, while unboxing on next day morning i found a small black notch in screen near charging port, i call the store person and informed about the notch, and same day eve i went to store inperson, and they request me to go for t.nagar service center, they accepted the concern & ready to exchange the product, but due to their no stock on the colour and variant. i have to wait for next 10-15 days seems, i don't understand it's a fast moving product and selling on sale, yet they don't having a stock, idk what kind of procurement plan is oneplus going on. could you please explain on this... however comparatively other brands they doing good customer service, yet these kind of stock management issue oneplus is loosing their brand value.

Actually im using 12R for past 3 months initially i didn't satisfied about the battery performance after the updates now its better and major issues from my side is while playing Call of duty with Max frame rate with medium graphics i didn't see any smoothness as well for some high frame rate games too and while playing its getting 2 sec screen freeze. its more annoying thing and camera bug is also there.

Guys I am also one plus 12 R user using one month ,for gaming especially BGMI you can play 90 fps smooth but if phone temperature raise over 40°C it automatically decreases to 60fps if oxygen14 software problem may be it will fixed in future.But I am playing in room temperature under fan it doesn't increases over 37°C but if you play outside room temperature it goes over 40°C easily so please make sure that you need to maintain below 40°C to play gaming 90Fps.
