Audio quality was my primary concern. The moment she said it's similar to the Airpods, I've chosen to buy it. Also, I always enjoyed the fit and feel of the regular wired Apple Earpods.

I always want to skip tracks from my phone and the fact that taking one bud off of the ear pauses the audio is enough for me.

Great review! I noticed you mentioned that if you take out an earbud then the music will stop but that's not true. I am not sure if they did an update since the video was recorded but I tested these out for my review and the song pauses but you can manually turn it back on or continue to play by pressing play on your music app. These buds are great and are in a class of their own.

Those who are on Android and wanted a great overall earbuds, go for Galaxy Buds+. It has its own integrated app so its not limited to only Galaxy devices which is great. Even iPhone users can use it, though Airpods should be the golden standard for iPhones.

You should really test the Oppo Enco w11 and Enco w31. They are really good and really great value for money. Especially the w11 has more controls than you'll ever need! Single tap for play pause on either buds, double tap to skip forward/backward(L/R), triple tap on either of the buds to summon the assistant ,long tap on the right bud to increase the volume,on the left to decrease the volume. Sound quality? AWESOME!! Battery life? TOP CLASS. I've been a airpods 2 user for a year and a half,but these things blew me away, especially the Enco w11. Price? If I do a direct conversion, it'll be $32. You're welcome. Please make a review so that everyone can know that they don't have to spend a fortune on these tws buds!

OnePlus's sister brand Oppo has Oppo Enco W31. Which offer better sound quality than OnePlus Buds with a balance mode and bass mode, Airpods Pro style in ear tips and are cheaper than Buds. But very few reviewer have reviewed them.

I wish the more known tech sites realized that there are way cheaper alternatives, that are just as good, if not better, than the big company buds that are out there. Soundpeats, Mpow, Tranya, and more make really great sounding buds that are in the $30-$50 range.

One correction. If you remove one bud then the music stops, but if you remove and replace the one you wanted to keep then music starts again. the OnePlus Buds absolutely support using one bud.

I'm late to this review but just wanted to note that Oneplus has put out an app to support their earbuds. Its called Heymelody and I tested it out on my wife's S8 and it worked fine.

Perfect controls change my mind: Right Bud: Tap once, Volume Up Tap twice, Play/Pause Hold, Assistant Left Bud: Tap once, Volume down Tap twice, Skip track Tap three times, Skip back Hold: Reconnect This is perfect (at least if you don't have swipe gestures)

What I care about most for wireless buds is the sound quality, comfort, and convenience. Like, I didnt hear her mention the fast charging which is 10 hrs of playback for 10 minutes of charging! That is way more useful to me than wireless charging which I have but dont habitually use. You can get about the same level of convenience with magnetic usb-c charging cables if you only charge them at home which I do. Like if they are drained and I forgot to charge them, I can charge them enough for the whole day in less time than it takes me to get ready. The only thing I am concerned about is the controls. I am somehow skeptical that the only thing the buds accept as input is double tap to skip forward. That is a problem for me. Also, the fact that they cant be used individually is a problem for me. But they are only 80 bucks! The fact that these buds sound as good as the airpods but with a little more bass and fit more securely is great! I am definitely getting these when they are out. Anyways, that is my take.

I think the Letscom have equal mic quality with OnePlus, but you happened to be talking louder and more excitedly in the OnePlus clips so that affected the comparison
