Hello bro my earphones (base edition as well), the side where there is volume control, the red wire has worn out from the connection between the black upper plastic body and the red wire. Now the inside wires are exposed a bit. Can I still use earphones safely?

Use any pvc solvent glue for covering it and leave it overnight than use it
