They usually deny service when there is any Physical or Water Damage, you can check the nearest service centre in the oneplus official website.

Bhai konsa model tha pehle ? Mere pass 8T tha 4000 pay karke 11R mil raha tha but at the end unhone bola ki aapka device liquid damage hai to screen replacement hogi aur wo bhi ek he baaar aur 11R ki scheme nahi milegi.mere se ek form fill up karwaya that ye replacement aakhri hoga😢.
