My OnePlus watch 2 won't pair with my oppo find x7 ultra says their incompatible inside the ohealth app 🤦💯

Have you tried restarting the watch and phone?. I know there was an update for the watch because the watch would not measure my sp02, but after the update it now works. Thanks for watching

The problem is, the news wear os, don't compatibility with the Chinese phones no matter if u install Google play vía apk, don't work, those phone like vivo, honor(Chinese version), oppo, realme, Redmi (Chinese version) don't work with the news wearos app. I have the Xiaomi watch 2 pro and don't connect with my vivo x100 pro. Pd: sorry my English
