I wish I could travel more but I can't travel because I have kids. I once heard this song while staring at the sky and the clouds and saw a plane and I got tearful. This song makes me both heartbroken but hopeful that one day I'll get there. I envision myself amongst the clouds traveling freely.

this holds so many memories for me. the first time i played it was when i was 11 in a small jazz orchestra and i FELL IN LOVE WITH IT instantly. then 4 years later in high school, (now i’m concert master), my conductor gives it to us and tells us that we were going to play it for the festival. i was given the exact same part that i had played 4 years before. i almost cried when i played it again
