Breakthrough win for NU. The MBs showed up and are unlocked. Jardio is more consistent. The team blocking and serving is finally there. No unnecessary substitutions from the coach. Great match! I'm a UST fan but NU deserve to win today. They are a different team from when they first met in the first round. Also, UST's errors did not help their cause. The good thing is, the pressure is now off the Tigresses' backs so I hope this helps them improve and play better for the rest of the season. As for NU, if they are able to replicate their performance today against DLSU, I'm pretty sure they can get back at them too and another finals stint for the Lady Bulldogs is not far from happening. Congrats!

the girls really stepped up this game! Jardio with more consistent and beautiful sets l. Lamina more stable. The middles were more aggresive although still lacking. Solomon Bella and Alinsug being more creative and smart in their hitting even for poor sets. Overall great game there no where else to go but up for this team as they seem to have conquered their self doubt and incohesiveness! What a game! Excited to see how UST will respond to this loss.

Magaling naman talaga sila, self doubt talaga palagi ang nakakalaban nila, even sa mga international games nila, kaya nilang makipagsabayan halos matalo nga nila ang Kazakhstan na nakapagWorld Championship na, pero pagdating sa dulo kakainin na sila ng self doubt nila, malampasan lang talaga nila yang sakit nilang yan, eh very deadly sila.

eto yung missing sa NU for the past few games e. It's their eagerness to win. Kung hindi si bella ang gumagawa, si vange naman. They need to be more eager and consistent, especially the mbs, ESPECIALLY JARDIO (sometimes yung mga free ball hindi pa ma-receive nang maayos 😢). And also, ano kaya nakain ng NU coaches at hindi na unnecessary ang sub? Sana ayun lagi nila kainin hahaha
