Firstly, there is no “Coach” in GTA 4, in your video you showed an ordinary bus. Secondly, 8:43 Coach's capacity could be tested in the mission "The Fuzz Ball", where it was necessary to pick up "women" to take them to school. And thirdly, 9:08 Coach in GTA SA can accommodate many more people, you need to hire a lot of Grove Streeters, and as far as I remember it can accommodate 8 people!
