She didn't Logan isn't her biological son, hes Clay's and his mum is Sara; Clay's wife who died. After her death Clay couldn't cope and he forgot his son, so Sara's parents raised him. When Clay remembered, He slowly became part of Logan's life again. Then he got full custody and Quinn adopted him. He calls her mum. Its a really sweet scene when he does.

How is it disrespectful? She is his step mom. She legally adopted him...that makes her his mom. As long as it was his choice to call her that there is nothing wrong with it

its not disrespectful...logan was a baby when sara died. he had no memory of her - only what others have told him about her, so he never got to call her mom. obviously she'll always be his bio mom and they'll make sure he knows her through stories, but quinn is his mom - maybe not biological, but she took him on as his own and adopted him.
