***** Indeed he was. While I'm not a Mother fan, I was a fan of Pokemon and Iwata made a great impact on them. If it weren't for him, Gold and Silver wouldn't have been one of the most loved installments in the franchise.

Kelsey Dietz Indeed. I just wish I knew more about Iwata sooner but I guess that would've made the loss a lot worse for me. I barely knew him but I saw him to be a nice guy and he was. However, learning about the news and seeing thumbnails of him with the words "R.I.P." just left me speechless and stunned.

***** Yup,I didn't really knew who he was until i played Splatoon for the first time and saw all the Miiverse post about his death ( also, i found out who he was after i gathered infos :/ ) ... i felt so bad about it i did a minute of silence in his honor :'( This was a sad day for the gaming world... P.S : Also, this is probably one of the most morbid way to start playing a game, especially Splatoon (and it gets even worse when you know the lore of their universe)

Mr Iwata really was a great man. He means a lot to all of us Nintendo fanatics.. Recently I finished a somewhat older DS game, Hotel Dusk, a game not even made by Nintendo, only liscensed and still he was credited there as Executive Producer.... He really was in everything :)

Excellent work, but I'm not sure it's 100% accurate (not that important, just an observation). I guess it's difficult to convert such a multi-layered song into only 4 sound channels. Still though, fantastic sound! I can tell you've got the feel just right of the original Mother 1/EarthBound Beginnings OST. You absolutely NAILED the percussion. Amazing job as always Bulby!
