I am 74 years old. I have aways been connected, emotionally, to aging, to good-byes and to death. I was an elementary school teacher prior to my retirement. I love children. I love their openness, their honesty, their beauty. I just cannot get over this song and its presentation by these amazing musicians. I listen to it over and over again and each time I am moved by it. I can't imagine how the director was able to put this together. Kudos to all who had a part in this presentation. I will continue to listen to it forever. Thank you.

I keep trying to hear this as the uplifting message it was intended...but I keep hearing a memorial. In the depths of a worldwide pandemic, and with new variants to this virus, and with most of the world's children completely vulnerable... It just terrifies me. They are resilient and strong, but they are only human (despite how they feel) and this isn't over yet.

The original song was playing in my dads truck back in june 2020. I told my dad I liked this song. It was kind of sad. Two days later, my dad died. When I heard this version about a week later, it brought me to heart breaking tears. Now when I hear this song, it takes me back to that happy moment when I was driving him around, in his truck. Just me and him. I love this song and it makes me miss him so much.

Boys, girls, do you know? The fact that you are giving hope to a life in a shadowy place on Earth. I am old and small, living on the other side of the earth from where you are. Friends... I CRIED and CRIED for the first three times I watched this video. Cried because I was so impacted by the BEAUTY of this arrangement, the very original use of each voice. The expressions of the children, the fact that it represented "staying together" during this Pandemic. But by the fourth time, I turned on all the speakers in my home and just ABSORBED every little detail and nuance of your production with sheer delight. I'm only sorry I've found you so late. How spectacular your productions, the children's attitude and the spirit of this director. I attended an art conservatory as a child (Conservatorio de Castella in Costa Rica), and this brought back so many memories of the beautiful productions we did. Thank you for motivating these children and inspiring the rest of us!

This song just hits you in the core of your being. Wish you were a phone call away, a 5minute drive away. Miss you everyday. Memories of you is what i hold dear, coping is what has got me thru the past 2yrs. See you when i see you on other side my dear sister 💔 One of those days again when the memories hit you.

I'm still listening to Memories I sit on our little Bridge every evening rain or shine .This was my dear Wife and I special place where we used to stop for a snack on our daily walk through lockdown. The last time we were here together was the day before Esther's 80th Birthday sadly she was taken from us at 1750 after having a wonderful Bithday with us by a sudden Stroke. But Esther lived her life to the full leaving me with so many Happy Memories This is why One Voice Memories means so much to to me THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH. Kevin Fizz, I agree! The Director's arrangement and the kids' voices made Memories sound better than the original. I am so blessed by these talented kids! This song is my happy part of the day so I watch/listen to it daily! I always enlarge to Full Screen and watch all the beautiful children's little faces as they sing....so much personality! The ZOOM format is FABULOUS; I prefer it to singing on a beach, etc. These young people are all so wonderful and I'm certain that their parents are very very proud of each one! Okay...gonna go listen AGAIN!

These kids and their director are amazing. So glad they used the lyrics that say "The dreams bring back all the memories," instead of the version that says "The drinks bring back all the memories." There's also a version on Utube, of kids in their classroom (PS22 Chorus "Memories") led by their teacher on guitar. Not as "polished," but incredibly touching.

THIS is exactly why schools need to prioritize music & the Arts as much as they do sports. Because of the pandemic, my town (and I'm sure many others) have shut down band/chorus because of the risks associated with this virus. But yet I have sat and watched while 30 to 50 students board a bus to meet up with even more students at another school for a soccer/basketball/football game and this is not considered high risk. It's a shame that the department of education fails to realize the importance of the Arts in our schools.

We played this at my Mums funeral in June 2020 during lockdown, a beautiful warm summers day, outside in the churchyard full of flowers, birds and insects. My Mum worked with children and loved children. I heard this just after she died and knew it would be perfect. She would’ve loved it. I listen when I need her hugs, I feel as though she is with me. Thank you for this beautiful piece of music

I loved this song, blissfully listening away... but when I actually listened to the lyrics I cried for the first time for the loss of my partner of 13years. I used this song to meditate on all the happy memories we shared to send her good thoughts in the hope she could recognise her new environment and send her on her journey with love. Well composed and edited, lends itself to repeating and helping me get to sleep, thank you everyone involved.

The performance of this song has brought me to tears every time I listen to it. My oldest brother is slowly recovering from Covid-19. I last saw him over 2 months ago. He fought for his life in the ICU on a ventilator and had a tracheostomy placed. He is now in a long term care facility 2 hours away and we are still unable to visit him except by looking in the window at him. It will be a long battle ahead, but we have faith that he will recover. It is the memories that keep us going. We have already lost an uncle to Covid and so the words to this song mean so very much to me. I can't thank you enough for sharing this great gift. I tried to order the CD, but it is completely out.
