There is a misunderstanding about the interpretation from the Sanskrit word that says that the eyes should be focused where the nose BEGINS so they should be focused between the eyes, not at the tip of the nose. Focusing the energy on the 3rd eye or Christ center chakra. There is nothing at the tip of the nose. Paramahansa Yogananda, a self realized master, explains this in his book “Autobiography of a Yogui” I will look specifically for the Sanskrit word, and the page where this is explained to post it here as a reference. I love your video and I practice it very often. I hope you do more videos with other practices. Namaste 🙏🏼
