IMPORTANT CHANGES : In the current version, there isnt a multiplayer option and the weekly known as Reckless Challenge was changed to Notorius Hunt. The location also changed, from the MC's Room to now In the Scott Outpost. You can unlock it at interknot level 27.

I think it was smart of Hoyo to hold off on releasing the co-op feature at a later patch. Build up the roster first, and possibly tweak the difficulty a little bit for the end-game, so that co-op becomes more satisfying instead of just 3 different players simultaneously whacking at a boss, all at once.

Basically, a coop version like in the early days of HI3, its obvious but hoping they expand the coop mode very soon and finally add a guild system because this is basically guild/armada boss run from HI3, if they dont wanna add it on genshin or star rail then add it on this game at least.

My takeaway from this: Co-op is unfortunately NOT in the game at release. However, this video is proof that the system has already been set in place and gives me strong reason to believe that they will be adding it in the future (even if there’s still the possibility of them scrapping it).

I get why they didn't release multiplayer yet. Right now it just looks like two characters constantly wailing on an easy to parry boss with very little thought or strategy. Chances are they were just making sure the multiplayer even 'worked', and will come up with more creative co-op modes in the future. If this was released in v1.0 I can see myself being bored with it pretty quickly.

It's not,it only really becomes prominent when an enemy is stunned. Other than that the combat is unaffected by not being able to switch or chain attack,especially if you're just good at the game which is not a hard thing to do

So essentially Chain Attacks are disabled, Parry works but aggro management is a problem to worry about, and Ultimate is shared between all players (usage). Edit: Nvm double ult later in the video.

What is this insane hate about coop the devs already said they will add more coop content. And wow your gonna play 24/7 with someone yes 3 is kinda low but its still there. And if they add strictly coop events then people are gonna say "but we dont have friends to play" there is no winning at this point. In Genshin I even forget there is coop unless my friend ask for help since its just faster to clear on your own.

to yall upset about the lack of real multiplayer I have 2 things to say. 1. bro they just havent added it all yet 2. (long winded response) How tf you expect to make coop work in a nice and enjoyable way? especially the combat. It has bullet time mechanics and everything which obviously you cant do unless you force everybody else to enter bullet time as well. you either take bullet time away making its myriad of uses negligable and unenjoyable, or you force everybody to enter bullet time which obviously will invite tons of trolling and capabilities of ruining the coop experience simply by playing normally (especially soldier 11 players and their rhythm game).

coop fun n all but why no competitive mode between players? like who kill the boss fastest isn't that a fun activities to do while waiting for new contents? of cuz they can also provide some rewards when u win! they can either go 1v1(1 players control 3 unit)/3v3(each control their own) and the boss rotate every 1 hours n element rotate each week, idk why mihoyo so scared to implemented any pvp/competitive mods in their game despite there's a huge community for it like genshin n hsr both got it.
