i'm glad Rito suspended Svenskeren for 3 games instead of 1. Sure it fucks SK but it means that every team gets the chance to play SK without Sven playing. Else, the first team to play them would be the only one to have an advantage, which would be unfair.

this is an episode about the top 20 players on the worlds stage. korea is the strongest region by no contest, and by watching worlds, i'd imagine you'd realise that. if not, i don't know how to help you.

cyrus147 You're right, but a lot of that has to do with teamplay. Now, they still do have the best individual players at the very top (there's no mata/dandy/faker in NA/EU). But monte does sometimes very slightly underestimate NA/EU individual players.

Just wondered abit about what Monte said about the AD changes, isn't the general consensus that AD has become way weaker due to these changes? Since it in reality takes alot longer for marksmen to get their core items

It might take longer, but in this meta you are most likely to reach that power spike, which means hyper ad carries can be really important in a team, as they have the most DPS in the game and are massive late game threats. Killing an enemy adc at the start of the fight or keeping your adc alive can make or break games which is why adcs have an important role in the meta right now, more so than before these changes occured.

It depends what you mean by weaker, ADCs did get weaker but only weaker in the early mid game. late game they have become utter monsters due to the item changes especially since now the adc meta is literally just hyper carries.

Don't get why WATCH is being underrated by some people, He is passive and doing Tank because there is already two carry role players in the team. Think of 1 tier junglers in NA or EU playing in KOR, against KAKAO, SPIRIT, DANDY. I bet they'll be squashed, Watch is one of the early era junglers in KOR,who is still surviving in this hell of a region, While INSEC running away china, Helios going to NA,

I think soaz has had a pretty bad season. If you compare him to his play at worlds last year for instance it was pretty underwhelming but he does have a big champion pool and i hope he can show up at worlds like Fnatic did last year and make a good run. SK looks like they're done, they just got destroyed. Royal club is pretty definitely taking first and TSM or TPA will take second.

***** If SK do manage to comeback and advance through groups I hope they drop Sven from their team straight after, I think this is the second or third time he has been banned for being toxic/racsist. For a team that is now on the world stage, having a player you can really on to hold his cool in solo q is a huge step back. Right now the only way they can advance through groups if they go 3-0 in their last games and TSM go 1-2 then beat TSM in a tie breaker. If it wasnt for Sven I think SK would have had a considerably easier time leaving this group.

Regi said Doublelift's analysis was a joke because he predicted that SHRC and TPA would beat out TSM and that SK would have been a lot tougher (essentially DoubleLift was insinuating that TSM was going to get last in the group that many are considering the most favorable group for them). But a lot of people can't read between the lines. On that note, yes Regi is a loser and he needs to keep his ape mouth shut. He is a great owner in terms of finding talent but a horrible spokesman and is the reason for virtually all of the TSM hate today. Locodoco needs to tone it done as well. I mean he preached no social media and he does very unnecessary things. Nevertheless, his coaching has yielded phenomenal results... That being said, Monte is a TSM hater and Thoorin is an even BIGGER one. But that's fine, people are entitled to their opinions. But I consider it classless to deny it -.- (check the reactions on every TSM prediction on episode 22 if you don't believe me). * So to put a long story short: Doublelift basically said TSM was going to get last in the "easiest" group (basically saying that they are the weakest team outside the WC teams and just got lucky in winning 9 games at the regionals); Regi is an immature loser; Locodoco needs to ban himself from social media; Monte needs to stop crying over trash talk and ignore the stupid Ape. P.S. I am only a fan of the TSM players (primarily Bjerg, Dyrus, Turtle, and Lust) but despise the management...
