promotion is time bound time chief engineer level and after that it is performance based.

very rare chances coz they need experienced people in ovl. if you are posted in ovl at joining they will probably keep you in delhi office only

selection is based on the number of vacancies in perticular year. with 205 rank their is high probability that you will be selected. best of luck 🤞

mechanical and electrical are for support and maintenance. uske liye wha contractual hier hote hai tabhi shayad unka scope km hai.ongc only have representives for rig which is from drilling.
