GUYS MAY MALI SA NILAGAY KO! In my current routine, sa PM, it should be: oil cleanser -> cleanser -> moisturizer -> acne meds. Same sa Sunday PM! Oil cleanser -> cleanser -> exfoliant (wash off) -> moisturizer. I double cleanse guys!! 😬✨ Anyway, some more notes for this video: • Hindi ko sinama ang face mists and eye creams dahil hindi sila essential sa skincare routine. Pero if gusto niyo talaga, face mists can be used as a "hydrating toner", then ang eye cream, kung kelan man kayo maglalagay ng moisturizer. • There is generally no 100% perfect, end-all be-all rule to put on skincare. Binibigyan ko lang ng idea ang mga lost or overwhelmed sa skincare. • If using prescription meds, ang best sundan is ALWAYS kung ano ang way na prinescribe ng derm ninyo. Ayun lang! My routine after watching many skincare videos: 1. Cleanser (DermAction niririnse ko after) 2. Niacinamide serum (Apotheke) 3. Face oils (Grape seed and Golden Jojoba) 4. Sunscreen (in the morning) I stopped using Soap, Facial wash, Toner, Facial Mist, Wet wipes, and sometimes Moisturizer for how many months na. Super correct yung belong sa trash yung old-school toners. Grabe damage na nangyare sa face ko using eskinol. I only realized it years after using it. Until now, trying to recover pa yung face ko. Parang nasunog lang yung skin ko, super dark sya and it caused my face to be more oily than it usually is.

Regarding computer radiation I believe ur referring blue light, this is not well-studied and we are still trying to understand if blue light is really damaging so any claims about it is not well-supported by science. Follow Labmuffin science channel she explained it well. She's a biochem phd.

routine... 0. oil cleanser (at night only if i put on sunscreen or makeup) 1.water (mostly just water, and i wash like 3 or 4 times a day if im not going out) 2. facial scrub (1 or 2x a week, if i feel a bit oily/dirty or if i went out.. but i apply it without actually scubbing my face veryvery gentle) 4. moisturizing sunscreen (if i go out) ....so all in all i just use water right now during quarantine.

Beginner here po: Ask ko lang after mag skincare allowed po ba mag powder/ pulbo? O di na need kase di ko maiwasan lalo na pag lalabas kase di naman ako nag lalagay ng make up.
