Additional info lang on PURGING, guys! As per Dr. Ranella Hirsch MD, a US-based board-certified derm, importante din yung AMOUNT ng isang active ingredient (i.e. exfoliating acids, retinol/retinoids, benzoyl peroxide) before we can conclude na nagca-cause siya ng purging. For example, a product with 0.5% to 2% salicylic acid is known to be effective sa skin cell turnover, so we can say it might cause purging. Kaso if, let's say, .001% or .0001% lang siya, it is unlikely na mapupurge ka no'n. Mostly, kung may significant or ka-pansin-pansin na percentage ang product, ilalagay nila yun sa label, or for some US products, even sa ingredients label under "Active Ingredient". Pag walang nakalagay, usually these are more or less low amounts, but of course it's better to always double check. What u said is true, "trust the process". When I started buying these products (for the first time), I was very hesitant if these will work. For the first 3 weeks, I had seen no difference, instead, it got worse. My patience was tested and I said to myself that I should trust the process and everything will be okay though there's no improvement. Thankfully, a month later, it has improved. Until today, I still get acne but not that aggressive compare to the past.

Totoo to. I broke out badly when I did Tretinoin. As in namaga yung face ko to the point na my derma prescribed me antibiotics hahaha. Pero sa awa naman ng skincare gods and tiwala sa derma, after 3 months kineso na ulit tayo lol. The only thing na problem ko nalang ay yung konting oilyness ko and redmarks/acne scars from the purging.

I stopped using rejuv sets 2 months ago to try repairing my skin barrier by using gentle products. Tbh, I spent so much money buying prodcuts which didn't work on my skin (even consulted a derma) and as a self conscious person, my anxiety and depression in having so much acne due to purging made me go back in using rejuv. I know that it's not good, but it's the only product/set that makes my skin clear from acne. Am I gonna regret it? No, because it's my choice. ps. I'm sorry. I used tretinoin around August last year cause it was really irritated by the products I used before and my skin is so bad. My purging lasts for around that month up to 2nd week of September. I guess my skin is adapting to the active ingredients I'm using, niacinamide helps to ease on my adaptation to the purging and also I only used mild facial wash like Simple and hydrate/moisturize using Celeteque Hydration moisturizer. It's important that when using active ingredients, don't use any stronger ingredients cause it may cause any additional complications. Water, sleep, eating healthy and hygiene is also important, don't just put all the efforts through the product/ active ingredients you are using.

Sa kaso ng irritation, magandang idea yung gumawa ng skin care diary, kung saan nakalagay doon kung ano anong product ang ginagamit, then nakasulat din kung ano ang inyong observation kada product na nilagay (kung nagkaron ba ng stinging sensation, nangati ang balat, naabsorb ba agad ang product, etc.). Para madaling mahuli kung aling product ang nagdulot ng irritation.

If you have money, consult na sa hindi free na board certified dermatologist. 😢 Based sa experience, since free, minamadali ‘yung online consultation… wala kang chance maka-interrupt sa doctor at mag-ask :((( I used AHABHA Miracle Solutions ng Luxe and I think nag-purge ako pero still ang nireseta pa rin sa’kin is antibiotic and tretinoin tsaka iba pang active ingredients. Hyalure cleanser user here. It's been prescribed to me by my derma and it works wonders! Mas mura sya compared sa Cetaphil and mas mahirap hanapin sa drugstore pero my skin didn't broke out or had any reactions with it. It is not stripping and cleans my face deeply. It cleans out any dirt from outside and sunscreen thoroughly. Though kung make-up user ka, you might need to double cleanse lalo na kung full-on make up.

Hello po! I really want to ask this. I have acne prone/oily/sensitive skin. Pwede po ba gamitin yung KLENZIT (which has 1.5% salicylic acid) then ang toner ko is QUICK FX (which also has 2% salicylic acid). Di ko kasi sure if nagpurge ba ako or na irritate. Pls help me. If advisable ba siyang gamitin na sabay?

Gumagamit ako ng Maxipeel zero mag1week na. At feel ko to inisip ko na baka nd sya effective sakin kasi lalong dumami pimples ko, malalaki lalo. Buti nalng nagsearch ako about Purging. Hello po. I've been using a cleanser po with 0.5 salicylic acid for 4 weeks na and hindi pa po nagiimprove yung condition po ng skin ko until now, lumalala pa rin po siya. Now, that I've watched your video po I think irritated na yung skin ko kasi I made a mistake na sa first use ko po nung prodyct is inaraw araw ko po agad ang paggamit. I'm thinking of continuing using the product for a few weeks pa ulit and hoping na magimprove pa po yung skin ko. Thank you po for this video, really helpful.

@@k8rawvine was prescribed din to use epiduo. Epiduo forte. Started december 15. Magpupurge ka talaga ng bongga pero trust the process siz may ilaw sa end ng tunnel. Kikinis tayong lahaaat

@@yvonneganir505 I wonder kung may mas imumura pa yung epiduo gel kasi ang mahal niya HAHAHAA. I was also prescribed with doxycycline na capsule need itake twice a day. Ayun palang nabibili ko and i'm planning to take it alone muna.

Hi question po, may acne po ako whole face and im planning to use belo acne pro pimple set, yung may cleansing bar, toner, at pimple gel po and I go outside frequently under the sun. After finishing the 3-step for pimples po which is yung bar, toner, and gel, can I put the sunscreen agad? like pagkatapos mismo nung pimple gel, lalagyan ko na agad buong mukha ko ng sunscreen. Tama po ba yun or dapat medyo nagtatagal muna yung pimple gel sa mukha, mawawala ba yung effectiveness ng pimple gel kasi lalagyan ko mukha ko ng sunscreen? I have the belo whitening sunscreen, and I hope you can answer my question!

hii suggest gentle cleanser and a sunscreen nalang muna it will heal and if not try dr wong sulfur soap
