Beautiful Rabbi, thank you! In addition, when I think of "ner", Tehillim 119:105 comes to mind: "A ner for my feet is Your word, and a light for my path." In this light (pun not intended), is David HaMelech speaking of the microcosmic nature of the "ner", at the "word" level... at the Torah (instructional) level? The same Torah (instruction) provided by Moshe Rabbeinu to Am Yisrael glowing forth so radiantly from his own neshamah? That same radiance that we are to embody in ourselves and reveal to those caught amongst the cooling embers of Am Yisrael?
