Raikou, Kintoki and Emiya (assassin) are some of my favorite servants. However the summer events are around the corner and I need the quartz. I will use my tickests and pray for some CEs. (And any of the servats listed before) Also, I started the game 2 weeks before the event started and I felt I was too weak to participate, but this time that won't be the case, me and my Np3 Ibaraki are ready for this.

I feel you, I started playing the game in the middle of the event, and I was scared to even attempt to do anything in it with my level 25 Kiyohime and level 30 Mash. Now I have plenty of servants ready for it, and I'm not going to lose out on Kintoki this time because I could really use another Quick Rider to help Ushi have some time off.

Ah, the pains of the first event. I remember mine pretty well. My first event was honnouji revival. I didn't know there were guides back then so i hardly made it to max ascension NP 3 Nobunaga. That experience proved useful for the meiji event and i was able to get NP 5 chacha.

I'm strictly hoarding SQ only for Eresh and King, so for all the other events I use only tickets and I pretty much used all of them on CCC (no regret there, Melt is amazing). what I find kinda funny is how everyone uses Raikou for farming, despite her NP being one of the weakest among all berserkers. so far, even in JP, only 2 berserkers have lower damage output, being Lancelot and Bunyan, yet still people choose Raikou over Kiyohime, Darius, Eric, etc. just a weird phenomenon imho

If you put it like that, I guess people use her because of waifu purposes, myself included. Why use 3-Star Zerks when she can still delete a single wave of hands/doors, just like them, but with an ara ara~ What's not to love about her?

If that's not a rhetorical question, then there's plenty of reason - SSR cost: makes it harder to put up a proper bond backline - her damage is often not enough to kill a wave, (danger hand almost always lives, event nodes have way tougher enemies) - her design is atrocious, makes me feel extremely uncomfortable - going off of the last point, her back looks like it's about to snap under the weight the "front" puts up on her - her NP animation takes forever to transpire - her demeanor as a character is outright creepy, stalk-ish, and just in general awful I find it hard to find any reason to actually ever use her, because she just doesn't do her rarity, nor her function any justice whatsoever. While it's fair enough, that some of these points are subjective, the gameplay value she presents is one of the worst for an SSR, and it's a huge wasted opportunity of a character.

I really don't need to roll a second Raikou -even if I do want more- , but I definitely do need CEs. I told myself at the first rodeo, "The rolling stops as soon as I get Raikou!" Second ten roll in, well... I'm lacking in CEs, regrettably never clearing the shop the first time around. I _really_ want Dumplings CE for multiple reasons. -IT'S CUTE OKAY GEEZ- You pick Raikou the most for farming? GUH, if only I had a Kaleidoscope. At the least, she'll always have some NP battery CE if not an event damage booster if I can help it. She and a double Merlin composition bullied best. Here's hoping you get your own Raikou. Do keep in mind though that Agartha is coming, as will be the double Summer whammy, if anything might call out to you peeps reading this. Keep up the unforgettable Chaldea luncheons though. ;L

I know I'm going to regret this banner when summer comes around, but you only live once! I have to combine Raikou + Kscope + Mage's Association Mystic Code for now. If she had her own NP charge skill she'd be perfection. Or maybe if I could MLB a kscope but... well I don't see that happening anytime soon. I've been lunching since Rashomon ended, and my usual farmers are starting to get close to their bond CEs. I'm going to feel bad using them once they are maxed out though.

Personally I've never chased NP2 on SSRs, but it's ultimately up to you. There are so many great Servants I wish I had that it usually feels better spending my quartz on something new.

You get NP1 from finishing the story, but you need to grind damage points for NP2 - NP5.

The next guaranteed SSR banner is coming near the end of July or beginning of August. Unfortunately, all of the GSSR banners require paid quartz, so saving up the free ones won't help :( Caster Nero is the most popular target for the summer banner, but it's a little dependent on what Servants you have already and which classes you need the most. Also, congrats on Ishtar! I don't have her yet. All of my archers are max level right now and I need a new one....

Yes, thankfully the Golden Sumo CE comes from the event and not the banner.

You have to finish clearing the story quests in this event and get the permanent copy from this event first. After that you can start buying the extras from the shop.

Sounds like enough to get through the event. It would be really tough to try and clear all of the damage points and the event shop, but getting Kintoki in two weeks is very reasonable.

As long as you make it through all of the story quests you get to keep the first copy it Kintoki Rider, and you can start purchasing the other copies in the shop after that.

Unfortunately we don't get Rare Prisms for him, so burning isn't super useful. Of course, neither is keeping so it's up to you. I have extra level 1 Nobu and Santa Alter in my Second Archive at the moment. I burned Halloween Liz though... so I guess I can't make up my mind.

Quick and NP damage makes a really good match for quick based Servants like Jack. Because she is so amazing at generating crit stars, I try to give her something that boosts critical damage though. Holy Night Sign is my usual (quick+10%, crit+20%).

@@FGOTips I always just have Imaginary Around on Jack, but I never really understand if the 25% boost to Quick includes NP damage or what. That's why the wording on Dumplings makes me think twice about IA's effects.
