i used to buy cassettes and cds from a shop called gitangali...rafin plaza.. opposite to new market...the owner who introduced Vibe to me..he said ...listen to them ..they are good...so i bought the cd...and i realy liked it..it was may be in 2006 /07 ...i still have the cd in my possession....sad news is the shop is gone...we are loosing cd / dvd/ music shops to মোবাইলের দোকান...

The work you put in Chena Jogot is psychotic. I still remember that I took it as a challenge from one of my friend and I promised him that I'm going to cover the whole song overnight. I started figuring out the techniques at 11 PM and more or less finished at the next day's 9/10 AM. After figuring out what you did in this song, the only question I was asking to myself was how could someone come up with these kind of leaks, how is it even possible! Trust me bhaia, it took the hell out of me. My hands, brain, ear got frustrated. People know how good you're with guitar, but we, guitarists know how insane and technical you're with the guitar. I used to buy all underground albums from G-series. Chena jogot - bought also immediately after the release. It was a great album. The music video was first broadcasted in the Rock Link, if I am not wrong. Great podcast

Vibes first album is perhaps the best sound recorded for a rock album in Bangladesh. Before this video i had the feeling that this album was recorded abroad with a massive sound engineer. The guitar was dropped down perfectly to imply a grunge never heard before in the industry in Bangladesh. Still remains unbeatable… the sound . Vibe should have had a second album, not because we love the first, but because we imagine what it could have contributed to the History. Things to ponder… kids.
