I know most people see Onion as weird and creepy but I can’t help but love him because he genuinely likes Steven and makes an effort to hang out with and appeal to what he thinks Steven will like. He brought Steven to his house so they could hang out and meet his mom, he makes a sculpture of Steven out of food (I know he licked it but I think that was just to goad a reaction because he likes to tease Steven since he’s a little kid) he shows Steven his pet snake because he thinks it’s cool and Steven will like it, doesn’t feed the mouse to it after Steven is uncomfortable and puts it in his mouth for “safe keeping”, I personally blame The mom for the birth video how would Onion know it’s inappropriate,

Since almost everything else Ronaldo predicted came true, I've always figured he and Yellowdad (who both lack ears and speak an unknown language) are descended from interrelation with an aquatic civilization of Sneeple, a la the ambibian Deep Ones of Lovecraft's Shadow Over Innsmouth

at this point in the series it was a pretty commonly accepted theory that the giant statue around the gem temple is the fusion of all four crystal gems

I think the fusion was Opal. 4 arms. Just maybe she had rounder hair because they were more in synch than we've ever seen them, or just Opal changed their hair when Amethyst's and Pearl's hair changed over time. The gem you're thinking of has more arms.

No, Opal's not that big, it's Obsidian, it's just a cut out prop so obviously it wouldn't be accurate to the real thing

I feel like we all knew an onion when we were kids. lol. I love Vidalia though. (Vidalia and Yellow Tail are types of onions too) But I love that Amethyst has a friend outside of the gems to help her. Also Lu is correct, Sour Cream's dad is Marty and Onion's dad is Yellow Tail. I always hated how people would dump on the townie episodes when they first aired, but I love those episodes. having done community theatre, I empathize with Jamie often lol. I also love that Pearl and Steven make good playwriters.

Yellow Tail is not an onion variety, sadly, but it is a type of fish popularly used in sushi.

When you paused at Steven's terrible acting to explain it's a meta joke I thought you were going to mention how it's meta that Steven's butchered accent was kinda trying to be Italian- when his VA can speak Italian pretty fluently. This is referenced a few times in the show.

Are we back to 2 episodes of Steven Universe a week now or is it a play by ear thing? Y'know if you're having trouble with the copyright flags then you should put a text (jpeg) disclaimer at the beginning of your vids... As long as it's something along the lines like "This video is a reaction for commentary an critique purposes and is protected under fair use please support the official content" you should get some leeway.
