I'm used to play the western tranverse flute, so the thumb in my left hand stays behind, not in front the body of the flute. I think it easy to control the half hole

उंगलियों की दिशा फूक मारने वाले छेद की तरफ़ नहीं होनी चाहिए और ना ही सामने की तरफ। उंगलियों की दिशा नीचे की तरफ होनी चाहिए।

Dear Teacher, I have bought an E Bansuri. My hands are very small. Is it possible through good technique to play it or will I have to get a smaller flute? Many thanks in advance xx

Best is to start with a smaller flute and then migrate to E base. We generally suggest to start with a G sharp base and then migrate to E base.
