Please understand that most succulents use CAM photosynthesis. Practically, it means they require 10-12°C at night to absorb CO2. Daytime temperature can be high but in general max 30°C. Such wide varying temperatures imply low humidity. They also need high light intensity. These conditions are difficult to meet in coastal areas. Interior areas above 300 m above sea level will have better chances.
