Hey Jason, I just came across your video. I'm just getting into online course creation and am focusing on creating a leadership series. Currently, I am finishing my videos and course work for a Conflict Management for Leaders. It consists of 3 modules of 9 lessons with worksheets for each lesson. Total lesson/video time is around 4 hours. What would be a good start price to consider? Thanks.

In this instance it would be based upon your target audience. Targeting managers an c-suite executives you'd be able to pull in much higher pricing - say $197 to $297; assuming they can get their companies to re-emberse them. When getting that same demographic to pay out of pocket, pricing likely goes down to the $49 to $99 price range. It's hard to know; BUT don't fall for the trap of pricing based upon the length of the course. Your value is in what leaders will be able to do as a result of consuming the course/worksheets - so focus on that end result in your sales copy! Wish you the best in developing your course!
