Unfortunately, you will have to wait until the foreigner entry ban lifts. The only options are hiring teachers abroad to work online for now or hiring foreign teachers already in China looking for new employment.

Which visa category is required for one to be registered as an online ESL teacher in China?Since it’s an online teaching job, is someone holding an X1/X2 visa eligible as long as they live in China?
