It would be good if the author got rid of the bad parts. Like when he is leveling them up from lvl 4. He did it partly because he needs their guilds help at lvl 10. So, when that squad reached lvl 8.5 after just one hour, he should have given them an extra hour for free just so he could get done what he needed to have done.

Wait I’m confused why is doing over damage bad, isn’t that what you want. Yes they won’t take all the extra damage but at least you know they will die in one hit. Now you go to a new area were they have even more health and you still can’t one shot them. How is that more effective. You still need two tries to kill it no?🧐

If your goal is to level up fast then I would stay in a place where I can one shot enemies until I know I can one shot the next group of enemies. And yes I know killing above your level gives you more xp but you can still get do from killing the lvl 10 boars and possibly one shot them why go to an area where you know you can’t one shot them if you are trying to be efficient
