Killed him using HBG, feels kinda cheesy. Working on soloing him with a melee weapon now. I play pretty defensively, so its not hard for me to stay alive. But it is really hard to kill him within the time limit. If the time limit is 50mins, he would be much easier.

I play on PPSSPP on PC, but my friend plays through a hacked PS Vita. Anyway we could ever play together?

Unfortunately, there is no way to connect a PC with a Vita like that at this time. Freedom Unite didn't even support online play back in its heyday, funnily enough. I think your easiest option would be to get your friend to back up their save and import it into PPSSPP on their PC so you two can play together.

yes, you can play online with a ps vita and pc, I even have a video playing online crossplay with PC, Android and PS Vita. Look for a tutorial how to play online using adrenaline on PS Vita. Even with the PSP I think is still possible to play online (I played online Monster Hunter with a PSP long time ago).
