There's always this idea that game stores are run "for the love of the hobby" and not profits, so it's great to hear the ways a physical store can survive and thrive in a digital "on my doorstep in 48 hours" age. Thanks for another insightful video

Thanks so much. We’re very profit focused. Without profit we are no good to anyone.

Would love to hear more about staff training, feedback, hiring, meetings, and some of the more basic things for a business, but I would love to hear about them from your perspective.

This highlights so many of the reasons that I choose not to shop at a LGS unless they can meet/beat the price of online. My most local store was online and opened retail but they’ve got a lot to learn.

Would like to hear a video about the streaming equipment you are using. I think I have found your microphone arm and microphone, but no clue on the video and whatever else. I have wanted to start streaming and like the quality of yours!

The Buffalo show was great. Forbidden Door was solid too.

@@traviss9612 definitely more reason for me to go. Being on the West Coast feels like a deadzone most of the time. But we do have some good indie scenes
