For more info dissemination ADR could use nukkar plays , short stories, comedian like late Jaspal bhatti ji s kind people for spreading awareness

Nota awareness plus effectiveness should be there to curb menace.. plus neta app should be given much much fillip with filters like candidate’s attributes vis a vis crime records and also welfare activities

At 53:00 they ask good question on nota … but Also rigging elections could be reason only for tainted elections contesting.. parties like AAP or pseudo positive parties should be encouraged to avoid such acts
