*_Suffering_* is a *_CLAIM_* for something to happen and needs to happen. Suffering is self, not suffering is no-self. Neither self nor no-self is True Self or Selflessness. In practice, neither accept nor reject suffering to be non-judgemental on it. And don't grasp, cling or hold onto the thoughts/ideas/concepts/notions of sufferings, self, no-self, True Self and Selflessness. One's mind is always free at ease of all things, attaches to no things whatsoever - One's mind is empty - abideless! 😊🙏🙇♂️🌷

I understand when good people have troubles, I don’t understand when people practicing Dharma and acting opposite when Teachers don’t see but acting good in the temples, hypocrisy
