Is there a way to work with someone who can make sure we are doing things correctly so as not to make diastasis recti worse (for a man) or cause any other problems? Also, I am going through other medical problems too and may not be able to do a lot of the exercises and may need to ask questions along the way. I need a program working with someone instead of watching videos and figuring it out on my own. Do you offer anything like that?

I am one of those wildcards thats having this issue at 23. Without the finances as i've just finished University, im not in the position to get the program, but the content was at least some information since I've gotten a lot of knowledge on fitness in the last few years overall. Would a general direction be focusing on the TVA and not putting to much internal pressure, since i do train with intensity in the gym.. without typing an essay here i'll be thankfull if i get a little consulting from you. HI I am wondering about weight loss. I am about 30 pounds overweight, and most of that is in my belly. Should I lose weight first before starting the program? I am 76 yrars old, and in good health.

My Ultrasound report show impression of slight divarication of recti in epigastric region On 18.10 20. Now I feel mild pain in stomach daily & indigestion, burping , gas etc, immune system disturbed . Pl guide me .

Hello. I’m 44 and I’ve had this issue for about 3 years. I used to do a lot of weight training and I was obsessive about abdominal routines (not to get a dad bod). I get frequent lower back problems and an unsightly bulge. I really need help to fix this. How does this work? How do I sign up? How does the course work (in terms of once I’ve paid what happens next?) Excuse my ignorance, ive never paid for an online course in my life

Mine developed in my 50s. A GI doctor consult told me I earned this through physical activity (eg a lot of core exercises) and age. He was not concerned about it from a health perspective. In my research you can find online the exercises to mitigate if not correct the problem. And perhaps the core exercises to avoid causing it to be worse. Good luck and stay healthy.

sorry, but you are explaining too much. I'm not interested in the educational part or anything other than what to do to heal. Living with this and trying to find good yt videos to help me with it, I've wasted hours, days listening to people using technical terms and the latin names for muscles and anatomy, and detailed explanations about every aspect of the matter. All of that stuff is bullshit. Just tell me what exercises/positions/movements to do and I will do them. I just want to heal, not learn.
