F & D 520/521 is worth in it's price... Bass is also good. Sony D40 is also very good speaker with great bass but it is little bit costly. So finally both are good at their prices now all depends on your budget for the speakers.

saravanan r i just want to help to you that if you are investing your money thn you have the right to know all the specifications, look in order to get the surround sound you'll need a hdmi arc or an optical sound input output system else you'll never get that sounds, thats why f&d, intex, zebronics speakers are shit and does not supports digital sound, thats why sony, jbl speakers are expensive becoz of these digital sound processing amplification!
