I followed this twice but everytime it sprouts and i transplant it, it gets fungus infection in roots and the seed gets spoiled and die eventually. Please suggest me a good way not to get fungus i have freshly sproutted seeds in my fridge.

Yes i did it, almost 5 times, the seeds get sprouted and it gets some tiny leaves then it starts dying and the roots get brown and weak even though lighting and watering is on proper schedule. I dont understand what the problem is, i suspect cocopeat is the problem as it holds moisture and rots the root. Please suggest something that i can try.

Keep it in refrigerator till proper green leaves appear, after that, place it in a dry place in sunlight

You need to use very tall cups to accommodate the root. Use pure and very coarse send to prevent root rot and over water . Remove cover from cups immediately after you see any growth above the send and move plants outdoor. Water it from the bottom only, until plant will have at list few sets of true leafs. Then you can replant it Or you can grow it in the same cup until it outgrow the cup. Use Diluted fertilizer
