Great video, nevertheless you say that #1Authority comes from deep knowledge, so this means that the PM is very experienced and knowledgeable on the subject of the project , this seems to defeat one oc the purposes of the PM methodology knowledge which is that the PM should be able to perform well across a number of projects of different kind ( although within similar area of discipline) . The other aspects are Ok with me and I don’t have any issues. I’m fond of your videos and look forward to see more, but I do struggle with some contradictions that exist in the PM world , one of them being how can someone have responsibility without power ? They both come hand in hand , as far as i know.

Angelo, Authority does not necessarily mean the PM is very experienced and knowledgeable on the subject of the project. Their authority may equally come from their depth of knowledge about PM and their wider experience. This is what I say in the video - it's the credibility to lead. And I agree with you, with PM as your skillset, you can take projects in different domains. So your intellectual authority doesn't need to be domain-specific. I also point out that it's also character-driven.

Much appreciated your practical tips on managing team members without showing a dominant power of a supervisor as it is the foremost part to lead the team in a positive way to get a positive outcomes ,also in my opine according to 3rd point,it is better to explain the cons and pros of both the aspects like why they should do? And what if they don't do as a result of which teammates can generalise things more clearly. Thank you

You cannot make people trust you. All you can do is build their trust. However, the best way to understand what is likely going on in your scenario is with Transactional Analysis. Take a look at this video. It sounds to me like either they are addressing you from the Critical Parent state, or you are reacting to what they say from the Free child state. Another way to analyze what is going on is with the Drama Triangle: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pYrPdqmmh5eqa9E (this video will be available from 12 May)
