There before the save button i wanted to place on more button, witch will open a right side bar.

After getting any plugin development work 1. Analyze what you have to develop 2. Additionally plan if any challenge in future will come in development 3. Decide plugin structure, Which technology you will use. Example plugin can be created in PHP, node, react, ... 4. Decide database part for your development 5. List core files that you will use while development 6. Add plugin security, data validation, data sanitization 7. After development try input fields with all possible use cases.
