An easy oatmeal cookie recipe that my whole family loves. My kids love taking these cookies to school. Oatmeal and banana cookies can be used as a snack replacement. Recipe and ingredients:

1 cup oatmeal
2 bananas.
You can add 1/2 tbsp lemon juice if desired.
Add bananas to oatmeal and stir.
Place the mixture on parchment paper.
Sprinkle with cinnamon (optional).

Add 1/2 cup walnuts and chop.
2 bananas.
1 tbsp lemon juice.
1 tsp vanilla.
Mix the oats, nuts and bananas and stir.
