ONLY **2 step** OVEN PANCAKES, I was so SURPRISED by the RESULT. Easy and DELICIOUS. Kids loved them

Such a fun and incredibly easy recipe!!! I found this in an old family cookbook, no pictures, just an easy 2 step recipes. Boy oh boy did it surprise me. I expected an entirely different result because of the name of it. This would be perfect for an afternoon snack, or Sunday morning. The next time I make it I plan on doing strawberries and whipped cream topping.
Oven Pancakes
Ingredients
6 T butter
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
4 eggs
Pinch of nutmeg
13x9 dish
How to:
Preheat oven to 425. Melt butter in dish in oven. Mix all remaining ingredients together, might be lumpy. When butter is melted, remove from oven and add in the mixture. Return to oven for 15-20 minutes. Watch the magic happen or wait for the surprise!!! Serve with fresh lemon and powdered sugar or syrup. Enjoy!!!
