Nice joke ! Which crop does your odisha grow? Macchi Bhaat is considered as demon's food in the North and West India because of the vegetarian majority ! South and East can never match the taste to price ratio with North India at least for vegetarian food !

The quality of the ingredients do seem high. 120Rs per KG. Probably daawat rice. But like the hygiene is very questionable. He is touching the rice with bare hands no gloves. I get the man who rolls the roti cannot wears gloves. But everyone else can wear it. It doesn't look like a place where you can wash hands frequently. So wearing gloves is a must with street food.
